The type of work that the Company covers includes:
- Supply of kitchen fitments.
- Supply of kitchen appliances.
- Installation of kitchens.
- Supply of bedrooms furniture.
- Installation of bedrooms.
- Supply of tiles.
- Supply of bathrooms.
Our most recently completed contract was the installation of 600 bedrooms at Leceister University. We took the contract over 5 weeks into the contract as the previous contractor was 3 weeks behind, due to the excellent site management we turned this contract around by five weeks, finishing 2 weeks ahead of schedule with very little snagging work.
Experience can be demonstrated in our previously completed contract of 9 apartments in Newcastle where we supplied & installed bedroom furniture in these properties. This contract was completed on time.
Further experience has been when we completed a contract for 20 apartments in Newcastle where we installed the kitchens in these properties. This contract was carried out to a high standard with no snagging work needed. The management of this contract was most effective finishing three weeks ahead of schedule.
Previously we were awarded a contract for 64 fully fitted bedrooms in the student accommodation at Durham University. This was also completed on time.
As well as the above works we also supply & install kitchens and bedrooms in domestic properties within the North East.
